Corporation (the "Company") issued a press release announcing that it intends to
offer for sale to the public senior unsecured notes due 2014 and convertible
notes due 2012 through two underwritten public offerings, each pursuant to the
Company's effective shelf registration statement on Form S-3 (No.
333-155676).
